To ensure a fair and thorough review of all applications, please follow the instructions outlined below:

Step 1: Eligibility Check
Ensure that your child meets the age requirement of 12 to 17 years of age during the Summer of 2024. Exceptions can be made on age eligibility based on need. Email us for more information on what exceptions apply. 

Step 2: Gather Required Document
Collect all necessary documents to support your application. This includes proof of income, recommendation letters, and any other relevant information.

Step 3: Download the Application Form and Scholarship Form Below:

Step 4: Complete the Application Form and Scholarship Form
Carefully fill out all sections of the forms. Provide accurate and detailed information about your child, your family, and your reasons for seeking the scholarship. Be sure to address any specific questions asked on the form.

Step 5: Submission
Submit the completed application form, scholarship form,  proof of income, recommendation letters, and any other supporting documents via email using the link below.

Ensure that your submission is received before the June 1st, 2024 deadline.

Step 6: Confirmation
Upon successful submission, you may receive an email confirmation.

Step 7: Wait for the Results
Our scholarship review committee will carefully assess all submissions. Results will be communicated to applicants within the specified timeframe. Be sure to check your email, mailbox, or any other specified communication channels for updates.

Step 8: Acceptance and Registration
If your child is awarded the scholarship, follow the instructions provided in the acceptance notification to complete the registration process for the camp.
